We are a floor sanding and floor laying company started by Neil McBride and based in Bonnyrigg with over 10 years experience in both fields. We have became a one stop shop for all of your wood flooring needs. We primarily work on the East side of Scotland covering areas like Edinburgh, the Lothians, the Borders and Fife. Even if you live outside of these areas contact us first as we will often travel further afield.
The bulk of our work is in Edinburgh where we work with commercial and domestic clients growing our company in size and stature. It has not been easy, but consistently sanding & laying floors to the highest quality gets you noticed by all types of customers who in turn recommend us to others. This is something that has helped our small company to grow with 60% of our work coming from referrals and word of mouth from existing customers. We pride ourselves in leaving each floor as perfect as we can get it and with a happy client.

We have enjoyed a very successful commercial relationship with the companies we have worked with. These include Tremmel properties Ltd., Mclaren Maintenance, Grant Management and Bovis & Sharkeys among others. We have also sanded the floors in numerous pubs and clubs in and around Edinburgh, recently completing one in Ryries bar in Haymarket.
Domestically, we have sanded floors in a house owned by Scotland manager George Burley, which was referred to us through our client Tremmel Properties.
